Extraordinary doesn’t even begin to describe this couple, especially when you’ve known each other from high school and are now both PhD candidates. Chelisa & James (who I unofficially title smartest couple in the world) spent a Sunday afternoon with me zipping around Canberra snapping some amazing wedding pics, and their infectious smiles just about sums up the ridiculous fun that ensued in those few hours. The merriment and hilarity continued deep into their reception at The Boat House, first with an ingenious father of the groom speech that included a domestic tools prize giveaway. Incredibly, that was topped by a father of the bride speech packed with juicy anecdotes that left the room in fits of laughter, and one emotionally charged song. By the end of the ensuing father-daughter dance there wasn’t a dry eye left in the house.
